Returns Policy

All stock items ship same day or next day with an order completed by 2PM EST. Prior to shipping, items are fully tested. 

  • No goods may be returned without prior authorization by Fluid Power Filters. Please contact our customer service and sales team at renee@fluidpowerfilters.com.
  • Standard products may be returned for credit (for future filters purchases) if authorized within three months of date of invoice.
  • The customer will pay the shipping charges to return the parts back for credit.
  • No RGAs will be issued after 90 days from invoice date.
  • A 35% re-stocking fee will apply to all orders.
  • All parts must be returned in new saleable condition in order for credit to be issued. If the items are returned damaged, used, or otherwise determined as unsaleable, the customer is responsible for the item.
  • Fluid Power Filters will be the party to determine the acceptability of the returned goods for resale.
  • All specialty made products as well as orders that are shipped outside of North America are non-returnable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Shipping discrepancies must be brought to Fluid Power Filters customer service and sales team within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
  • A return authorization is only valid for 30 days from the date Fluid Power Filters issues the RGA.
  • Fluid Power Filters is not responsible for any damages that occur during transport. If something unfortunate happens, please contact our customer service and sales team to find out how to make a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Fluid Power Filters reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Fluid Power Filters is not responsible for any damages that occur during transport. If something unfortunate happens, please contact our customer service and sales team with a picture, your purchase order number, and other necessary information to make a claim with the carrier.
  • Shipping charges may vary from our website charges due to partial shipments. 
  • Please note, due to recent shipping delays, our shipping times are estimates. If you need further updates on your package, please contact our customer service and sales team.
  • The standard payment terms are net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise noted.
  • All past due accounts may be subject to finance charges.
  • National Filters reserves the right to hold any shipments on past due accounts. 
  • All orders that are purchased and/or shipped outside of North American must be paid in advance of manufacturing via wire transfer.
